Spray Deck Photographs

The City of Edmonton has a mandate to replace all community wading pools to spray decks in order to comply with Provincial Health and Safety Regulations to eliminate standing water. The City will fund the basic conversion, resulting in a flat concrete deck with 6 ground spray nozzles. The McKernan Community has an opportunity to upgrade the spray deck so it can include engaging and attractive water features.

Below are pictures of the current wading pool at McKernan Park and various spray deck upgrades around Edmonton. Upgrade costs are also shown (does not include basic conversion costs). Thanks to those who took the time to complete a survey last year. The survey results will help determine what features will be chosen for McKernan Park.
