Join us at the AGM: April 21, 2026

The McKernan Community League Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Hall, and followed by the traditional wine and cheese mixer.

We will be:

·      looking back at the year

·      reviewing the league annual financial statements

·      voting on revised bylaws

·      holding elections for vice-president, secretary, 2 directors-at-large

·      enjoying a wine and cheese mixer

Last year we were able to pay off our outstanding debts on the hall building. Now we are looking at some other smaller but still important projects such as expanding the use options for our rink. Housing developments continue to offer challenges. And perhaps most importantly, we are looking to strengthening the community bonds that people are seeking in today's busy world.

We are particularly keen on getting newer community members involved. If you would like to find out more about the community league – or perhaps get involved yourself – please attend this important meeting.
