Beljan Development is proposing a development on 6 lots at 10903 to 10921 University Ave NW. The rezoning application proposes a Direct Control Provision (DC2) to allow for the development of a 6-storey mixed-use building with approximately 120 residential units and main floor commercial fronting onto 109 Street.
A pre-application open house will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13 from 6-8 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church, 10815-76 Ave.
