Fleming Developments is proposing a development on 5 lots at 11323-11335 University Ave NW (next to the approved McKernan Gates project). The rezoning application proposes a Direct Control Provision (DC2) to allow for the development of a 8-storey mixed use building, stepped back and articulated at key interfaces along the avenue and laneway. The project will have up to 150 units with a braod mix of unit types, underground parking, and apublic amenity area.
A pre-application open house will be held Saturday, Feb. 22 from 2-4 p.m. at the McKernan Community League, 11341-78 Ave. Please come by to review the information and provide comments. This is an early stage in the development process.
