About this space

Large, bright open hall with windows (with shades) throughout; partly-sprung composite floor and long window benches. Suitable for events such as children’s activities, birthday parties, meetings, wedding receptions, dinner parties, celebrations of life, banquets, fitness classes, art classes, presentation sites and workshops. - capacity 151 - approx. 70' long by 18' wide (1260 sq. ft) - 14 large rectangular tables (8' by 30") and 10 medium rectangular tables (6' by 30") - 120 stacking chairs - no AV system - shared access to a small servery kitchen with a stove, sink, microwave and fridge, and a small preparation area. - accessible unisex washroom on the upper level; additional washrooms in the basement All McKernan facilities are non-smoking. The building is air-conditioned, and wheelchair accessible with a lift from the ground level and accessible main doors. Renters must obtain their own insurance for all events or activities. Alcohol is permitted with a special event liquor license (available online from AGLC). Noise bylaws must be honoured.
