Your community league membership buys you free skating on our rinks at 11341-78 Ave. You must have your League skate tags with you.
Rink Hours
Kids under 14:
Mon–Fri: 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Family skating:
Sat, Sun: 1 to 5 p.m. Please use your best judgement to ensure that various users feel safe and included.
In general, the small rink is maintained for small children and beginners at all times.
Acceptable uses of big rink at this time:
skating
stick-and-puck at one end (e.g. stickhandling, passing, shooting at one net)
half-ice shinny games with priority for beginners and children
Generally not acceptable:
full-ice, high-skill shinny unless there are no other users around -- please stop the game every 15 minutes or so to check if other users are waiting to use the ice for other purposes.
Above all, stay aware of new people coming to the rink and help them feel welcome and safe.
Public skating / Shinny:
Mon, Wed-Fri: 6 to 9 p.m.
Tues: 6 to 8 p.m. Sat, Sun: 5 to 9 p.m.
Broomball: Tues: 8 to 10 p.m.
